Purify dual-tank whole-home system: softener and carbon tanks with brine tank
The Purify Dual-Tank System

What's in your water

Your tap water passed the plant.
Then it traveled miles to reach you.

Municipal water is treated to be safe, not to be good. By the time it reaches your home it carries the minerals, disinfectants, and debris it picked up along the way.

Hardness & scale

Calcium and magnesium crust onto fixtures, cloud glassware, and shorten the life of water heaters and dishwashers by years.

Chlorine & chloramine

The disinfectants that keep water safe in the pipe are what you taste and smell at the tap, and what dries out skin and hair.

Sediment & rust

Sand, dirt, and pipe rust travel with the flow, clogging aerators, staining laundry, and grinding away at valves and seals.

The systems

Three systems.
Every drop covered.

The dual-tank and single-tank systems treat your whole home: soft, chlorine-free water at every tap, shower, and appliance. Reverse osmosis finishes the job at the kitchen sink.

Dual-tank whole-home system: dedicated softener and carbon tanks with brine tank

Dual-tank whole-home system

A full tank of NSF-certified activated carbon strips chlorine, chloramine, and chemical taste and odor. A dedicated second tank of food-grade ion-exchange resin pulls out the calcium and magnesium behind scale, spots, and dry skin. Maximum media and capacity, built for larger homes and heavier water use.

Single-tank whole-home system: activated carbon and softening resin layered in one tank, with brine tank

Single-tank whole-home system

Activated carbon and softening resin layered in a single tank, so one footprint softens the whole house and removes chlorine at the same time. The same soft, chlorine-free water at every tap, sized for homes where space is tighter.

Tankless reverse osmosis drinking water system with dedicated faucet

Reverse osmosis drinking water

Under the kitchen sink, a reverse osmosis membrane polishes your drinking water down to the molecule, removing dissolved solids, lead, PFAS, and fluoride. Bottled-water clarity from a dedicated faucet in your choice of finish. See the finishes.

Every system is sized to your home's plumbing, water report, and family, then installed by our own team.

Questions

Before you ask

How do I know what my water needs?

Tell us about your home and what you're noticing (spots on dishes, dry skin, taste, staining) and we'll recommend a system sized to your household and your local water conditions.

What does installation involve?

Our own licensed installers handle everything: plumbing tie-in, drain line, power, and startup. Most whole-home installs are finished in a single afternoon.

What maintenance will I have to do?

Softeners just need salt a few times a year. Carbon media lasts for years, and RO filters change annually in minutes, no tools needed.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Tanks, valves, and electronics — for as long as you own your home. If a covered component fails, we repair or replace it. No fine-print service fees.

Are your systems NSF certified?

Yes. The media and components in every system we install are NSF certified: independently tested and verified against national standards for material safety and performance. That covers the water your family drinks, not just the water your appliances use.

Is soft water safe to drink?

Yes. Softening swaps hardness minerals for a trace of sodium, well within drinking standards. For the kitchen tap, the RO stage removes even that, along with everything else.
